My story
We want to keep the love of gingerbread alive for generations to come.
A good gingerbread is made almost entirely by hand in a wood-fired oven, using honey and home-made eggs. It is flavoured with cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg.
What do you find here?
Our stall offers gingerbread cookies in a variety of flavours: cocoa, coconut, jam-filled, traditional icing and the star of the Christmas spirit: cinnamon.
In addition to these, there is also a favourite of many of our customers: the traditional hazelnut kiss.
Of course, the inevitable jewel of Christmas decorations and a children’s favourite: decorated gingerbread figures. They are available in stars, pine trees, angels, reindeer, snowman, Santa Claus and many other shapes and forms.
For those who prefer savory treats, we also offer cheese crackers and salted pretzels.
