I have been in the catering business for over 30 years as Lalibela the gastro magician, organiser and caterer of events and festivals, with my own meat plant in the background, which ensures the fresh supply of meat.
What will you find here?
In addition to traditional fairground gastronomy (white pudding, sausages, knuckles) we offer grilled dishes, pork and poultry roasts, robber skewers, Christmas stuffed cabbage, duck legs at our stand. Cordial hospitality is part of our national culture, which I also practise here. I enjoy the feedback of contented customers as this is what provides the energy to continue working.
